Hello and welcome to Airline Profits Executive Interviews. I am Kofi Sonokpon, Managing Editor of Airline profits magazine and author of the recent book series on airline business and technology, namely Airlines for Business and Airlines for Technology.

Uschi is the Senior Vice President of the Aviation Division at INFORM GmbH. The German acronym GmbH is the equivalent of a limited liability company or LLC in English. 

Based in Aachen, Germany, the Aviation Division of INFORM GmbH is a leading global provider of advanced optimization solutions for the airline industry. You may have never heard of this company, but it serves most of the largest airlines and some of the most profitable air carriers on the planet. 

In today’s interview, our focus is to find out how INFORM GmbH Aviation Division are taking advantage of software solutions as a competitive edge to get ahead.
