Cancellation and Refund Policy for Airline Profits Events

Thank you for choosing to participate in online training events organized and hosted by Airline Profits Events. We value your commitment to continuous learning and professional development. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for our online training events. Please carefully read the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Cancellation by Participant:

   1.1. If you wish to cancel your registration for an online training event, you must notify us in writing (via email or any other official communication channel provided by Airline Profits Events).

   1.2. The refund amount you will be eligible for depends on the time of cancellation and will be calculated as follows:

       - Cancellation made more than 30 days before the start date of the training event: Full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.

       - Cancellation made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of the training event: 50% refund minus any applicable administrative fees.

       - Cancellation made less than 15 days before the start date of the training event: No refund will be provided.

   1.3. In cases where a participant is unable to attend the training event due to unforeseen circumstances, Airline Profits Events may, at its sole discretion, consider a transfer of registration to a future event, subject to availability and any applicable administrative fees.

2. Cancellation by Airline Profits Events:

   2.1. Airline Profits Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any online training event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure events.

   2.2. In the event of a cancellation by Airline Profits Events, participants will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the option to transfer their registration to a future event or receive a full refund of the registration fee. Airline Profits Events will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.

3. Substitution:

   3.1. If a registered participant is unable to attend an online training event, they may request a substitution by providing written notice (via email or any other official communication channel provided by Airline Profits Events) at least five business days before the start date of the event.

   3.2. The substitution request should include the full contact details and relevant information of the substitute participant. Airline Profits Events reserves the right to approve or reject substitution requests at its sole discretion.

4. Payment Processing Fees:

   4.1. Any payment processing fees incurred during the registration process are non-refundable.

5. Modifications to the Policy:

   5.1. Airline Profits Events reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated through the official website or via direct communication with registered participants.
